In August 2008, EMC Global Technical Support Center landed Shanghai.
As part of the globalization strategies, the support center provides
total support to China and global customers to meet EMC fast growing needs.
The EMC China R&D Center was upgraded to the EMC China Center of Excellence
in July 2009, consisting of six functions: the EMC Storage Technology R&D Hub,
Cloud Computing R&D Hub, Information Management R&D Hub, EMC China Lab, Global
Solution Center and Advanced Technical Support Center.
