Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Proofreading emails sent to customers
- Review phone recordings of customer calls
- Give lessons to employees
- Use audio / video materials in classes
- Develop and use suitable supplementary materials as necessary
- Maintain student and class records
- Be responsible for students’ progress
- Meet regularly with team managers to evaluation each individual’s progress
- Work with project lead on overall English training plan
- Assist in interviewing of new employees
- Take on administrative work and/or projects including, but not limited to, cataloguing supplementary materials, giving workshops and organizing extra-curricular events, as directed by the team
Key Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of one year teaching experience
- Familiar with the usage and common features of Microsoft Outlook and Office suite
- Understand common IT terms and is able to work with technicians
